A focused co-working session with someone who cares like you do.

The Help Desk is designed for one project or theme. It includes diagnosis, improvement, and planning. It's messaging coaching, instructive editing, and collaborative content creation at a practical level. For example:

Diagnose and Improve Your About Page or Bio
Your bio feels flat, but you're not sure why. We'll identify what's missing (personality? positioning? structure?), add warmth and specificity where it matters most, and map what needs deeper work to really make it sing.

Build a Content Plan That Actually Fits Your Life
We'll map your content priorities, identify gaps in your current approach, and create a simple framework you can start using immediately, plus clear notes on where deeper audience work would unlock better results.

Create a Video Recording Strategy
We'll troubleshoot your setup, develop talking points that feel natural, and record 3–5 clips you can actually use, plus with real-time feedback so each take gets better. You'll leave with usable content and a repeatable process.

Guidelines for Your Voice and Tone
We'll capture the patterns in how you naturally communicate, translate them into clear guidelines, and test them so you (and AI) can create content that sounds like you, not a template.

Plan Your Next Project
Map out your webinar, workshop, podcast, or event from concept to execution. We'll clarify purpose, audience, deliverables, timeline, and next steps — so you have a roadmap instead of guesswork.

How It Works

  • Book your time and complete a short intake form (10 minutes). Upload any materials you have — drafts, notes, links. This helps us hit the ground running.

  • During the session, we work together in a virtual meeting. Real-time writing, editing, planning, troubleshooting;  whatever it takes to make progress.

  • You get the completed work (or a strong working draft), a follow-up action plan, and an optional recap if needed.

Help Desk is probably not a fit if:

  • You're looking for someone to do all the work for you

  • You want a finished, polished final product without iteration

  • You're not ready to hear honest feedback about what's not working

  • You need extensive foundational work before you can start (that's the Playbook)

Help Desk is for you if:

  • You have a specific project that's been stuck

  • You're ready to do the work (not just collect more information)

  • You want to understand why something works, not just check a box

  • You're open to honest feedback and real-time iteration

  • You're okay with "better and moving forward" vs. "perfect and complete"

I'd rather help you write your own.

Everyone is selling their playbook.
